out how wine is made by the professionals and then try the finished products. After tea or coffee, we do a tour of the vineyard, taking you to look at a few of the vines, discussing how we train them, and
talking about the growing and harvesting seasons.

In September and October we have an opportunity to look at all the different grape
varieties. Then on to the winery where we discuss the winemaking process from the arrival of the grapes to bottling of the finished wine, taking a look at all the equipment we use.
