Rent a Vine

A great opportunity to experience how a working vineyard and winery operate. Find out how wine is made by the professionals and then try the finished products. After tea or coffee, we do a tour of the vineyard, taking you to look at a few of the vines, discussing how we train them, and talking about the growing and harvesting seasons.

In September and October we have an opportunity to look at all the different grape varieties. Then on to the winery where we discuss the winemaking process from the arrival of the grapes to bottling of the finished wine, taking a look at all the equipment we use.

We can also now offer our ‘Rent a Vine’ scheme which includes a short tour, amongst many other benefits.

In September 2005 our new, state of the art winery was finished, thus providing you with the opportunity to look around the most advanced still wine producing winery in England! The tours are completed with a tasting consisting of three Bookers Vineyard wines and we can also provide our very popular ‘Sussex Ploughman’s’ meal, featuring pâté, locally sourced Sussex cheeses and pickles, to complete your visit.
