2005 Dark Harvest Red Wine

Still fresh with some noticeable acidity. A medium bodied dry red wine, lots of red fruit flavours and hints of tannin in the background. Lovely red fruit aromas with hints of leather. Complimentary oak notes. Very elegant. Purple/Ruby in colour. A very easy drinking wine. Made from a blend of Dornfelder and Rondo grapes.

2006 Pinot Noir Red Wine

A great example of a cool climate Pinot. Good light to medium body, full of red cherry, bacon and hints of cedar wood, which give a lovely complexity on the bouquet and palate. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

2006 Blackbird Merlot Red Wine

An elegant light bodied red, bursting with red Cherry and Plum aromas. The fruit flavours follow through into the mouth, together with a lovely balance of acid and tannins, with a creamy finish. An excellent fresh red wine 100% .

(The name Blackbird comes from the French translation of young Blackbird which is Merlot)!

A lovely aroma with hints of lychee and floral notes. In the mouth there is a lovely balance between crisp acidity and rich floral, grapefruit and spice character. The wine is light to medium bodied. Made from a blend of Muller Thurgau, Reichenstiener, Schönburger and Wurzer grapes.
