Great with fish, especially oily fish; dishes such as Pasta & Tuna bake, Salmon en Crouté & Smoked Mackerel Paté. Goes well with Chicken Risotto too! Served as an aperitif or welcome drink, it will cleanse the palate prior to a rich meal.
