Try serving with
Goes extremely well with creamy dishes made with lots of butter. Soft or mild cheese
like Brie, Camembert, Goats cheese, Cheddar and also smoked cheeses. For meats; it compliments those normally associated with white wines like; Chicken, Rabbit, Game Birds, Pork and Duck. Use
herbs and sweet spices, as these work really well with the flavours in the wine. For desserts, our Pinot compliments beautifully with Blackberries, Raspberries, Figs, Plums, Currants and Red
Cherries.
Try these recipe suggestions for some ideas; Asian Crispy Duck, Cream of Cauliflower
Soup with Wild Mushrooms, Turkey with Orange with Rosemary, Cranberry Duck Tagine, Ragoût of Lamb with Tomatoes and Flageolet Beans, Lamb Kofta Kebabs, Beef Carpaccio, Blueberry Clafoutis.
