It is an ideal accompaniment to Pork and 'light' dark meat dishes. Try these recipe suggestions for some ideas; Asian Crispy Duck, Cream of Cauliflower Soup with Wild Mushrooms, Turkey with Orange with Rosemary, Cranberry Duck Tagine, Ragoût of Lamb with Tomatoes and Flageolet Beans, Lamb Kofta Kebabs, Beef Carpaccio, Blueberry Clafoutis.

This wine is best served at 16-18 degrees centigrade
