Blackbird Merlot
An elegant light bodied red, bursting with red Cherry and Plum aromas. The
fruit flavours follow through into the mouth, together with a lovely balance of acid and tannins, with a creamy finish. An excellent fresh red wine made from 100% Merlot grapes.
(The name Blackbird
comes from the French translation of young Blackbird which is Merlot)!
Dark Harvest
A real stunner of an English red. Good medium body, full of red berry fruit
flavours and cedar wood giving a lovely complexity on the bouquet and palate. A smooth lingering finish. Deep ruby red colour. Made from a blend of Dornfelder and Rondo grapes. Previous vintages
have won many awards, national and international.
Pinot Noir
A wonderful example of a cool climate Pinot. A well
balanced wine with good medium body and bursting with fruit. Red cherry, bacon and hints of cedar wood which give a lovely complexity on the bouquet and palate. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
